The company was founded in 2009 by Joseph Gichuhi  a highly experienced professional in the Energy Sector and  construction industry. In 2011, his classmate Jackson Wandeto joined the business, bringing with him significant financial and commercial expertise. later on that year Pricilla who is also a school mate also joined the business and Implemented the Renewable Energy Sector.

Sperkals  Construction Company  quickly developed a reputation for delivering successful projects in complex health and education sectors. The company has grown steadily over the years, building an extensive client base.
